How do you see answers to RSVP questions on The Knot? ›

Guest's answers to your custom questions will appear within you Guest List tool and will be sent to you via email notification.

To set up the RSVP Tool, click on Planning Tools, select Online RSVP. Here is where you will be able to set your RSVP to only allow Invited guests to RSVP (status of “Invited” in your Guest List) or open to allow anyone to RSVP via your Wedding Website.

Go to TheKnot.com/paper and click the "Invitations" tab. Go to the top right of the page and click on the magnifying glass. Put "QR" or "QR code" in the search bar, then press "Search." Browse The Knot's dozens of beautiful options and select your invitation template.

All of The Knot's free wedding websites offer an RSVP option. Traditional RSVP cards require guests to mail a physical card in order to accept or decline the wedding invitation, but The Knot's free wedding website tool has an RSVP function that allows all of the correspondence to be done virtually.

Include your full name(s) and respond in a way that mirrors the tone of the invite. For casual invitations, you may want to reply with your first name or nickname alongside a personal message to say you're looking forward to the party.

Are The Knot's Wedding Websites Password Protected? In short, The Knot's wedding websites can be password protected. When you first create your wedding website, it will not automatically require a password for guests to view. However, you can easily add this option at any point.

Reminder - if you have Secure RSVP (only allows guests in your Guest List that are marked “Invited”, which we do recommend) you will have to input all guest names in your Guest List Manager before your guests can RSVP. When they go to your website to RSVP, they will have to enter the name as you have it entered.

While The Knot doesn't send out automatic RSVP reminders, you do have the option to utilize the Guest Messages tool to send reminders to your guests manually. We recommend sending out a message a few days before the RSVP deadline to catch any stragglers.

You can also easily share the RSVP form itself through a QR code. In the Form Builder, select the QR code icon under Share Form in the Publish tab. You can download the image of the code or copy an embed code to post it on a website. When guests scan the code, they'll be taken directly to the RSVP form.

On your compatible Android phone or tablet, open the built-in camera app. Point the camera at the QR code. Tap the banner that appears on your Android phone or tablet. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish signing in.

How do I find someone on The Knot register? ›

If a couple has linked their Wedding Registry (or multiple registries), you can find them by using The Knot's Couple Search Tool. Enter the couple's name and wedding date and see your results. *Helpful note: If your search is not generating a list of names, try removing the month and year.

"RSVP" is an initialism of the French phrase "répondez s'il vous plaît." This directly translates to "Respond, if you please." The initialism is often used to confirm attendance for an event, such as a wedding, birthday party or baby shower.

Respond to RSVPs as quickly as possible and follow the couple's instructions to ensure your seat at the wedding. RSVPs can take the form of printed cards, online websites, or e-mails. Be sure to fill out all fields and any add additional (or optional) fun notes.

Log in to your account on The Knot and go to your Wedding Website. Select Manage RSVP Settings. Click the “Activate Online RSVP” toggle relating to each event to turn on/off the ability for guests to respond to those events.
