Add Sour Cream To A Mixing Bowl To start your dip recipe
Empty a container of sour cream into a bowl for mixing and add cumin, garlic powder, onion powder plus salt and pepper. As with any spices, you can tweak them to your taste. If you like it a little saltier, add more salt, if you want more cumin, sprinkle in a dash more. It’s totally up to you!
Add Sriracha Sauce To The Sour Cream and Spices to season the dip
Now, give the sour cream and spices a couple hits of Sriracha sauce! This makes it so delicious and basically makes up the rest of the delicious flavor in the dip. I added about 4 tablespoons to mine but you could start with less (if you don’t like it too spicy). You could also easily punch up the heat by adding more if you like it hotter! I know I do!
Combine Everything Together
Whisk everything together to combine or use a spatula to stir. When the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated the dip will turn a nice light peach color from the chili sauce.
Transfer your spicy sour cream dip To A Bowl and Serve
Transfer the spicy cream sour dip mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with sliced scallions and a little coarse sea salt+pepper if desired.

Instructions
Use a spatula to scoop the sour cream out into a medium bowl.
